Mission
Mission: Women make up roughly 30% of the global STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) workforce; however, the gender gap in leadership in these fields is very wide (often less than 10% women in leadership roles). Our mission is to highlight women in STEM who are changing the world for the better. If girls and young women can see the amazing leadership achievements of women in STEM today, they are more likely to visualize themselves making similar contributions to STEM in the future.
